From the day your package arrives, you have a full 365 days to request a return.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
Return-to-Sender Packages
If an order is returned to our facility due to unsuccessful delivery (incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), we will issue store credit for the full order amount.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Reborn Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order goes missing after delivery:

Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.
Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team.
If your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled — however, you may still request a return once it arrives.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
